You are warmly invited.
What better way to showcase the beauty and vitality of Bells Bend than to invite friends to share in its bounty?
Ring the Bell is an authentic farm-to-table dinner in the beautiful, countryside setting of Whooping Crane Farm in Bells Bend.
The new barn at Whooping Crane, which replaced the 105-year-old barn destroyed by the March 2020 tornado, was completed in August 2024.
The evening will begin with a cocktail hour and live music, followed by a three-course meal and suggested wine pairings from our chef. A silent auction highlighting local artisans will be live before and during the event. Suggested attire is dressy farm casual.
Food
Your dinner menu will be designed by Nashville chef Tony Galzin along with his wife and business partner, Caroline Galzin. Tony brings years of diverse culinary experience from his hometown Chicago to current residence in Nashville. All produce and flowers will come directly from community farms in the Bells Bend area.
Following their move to Nashville in 2013, Tony and Caroline opened Fifty First Kitchen & Bar, earning best new restaurant from the Nashville Scene, and Eater Nashville chef of the year. The two opened Nicky’s Coal Fired in December of 2016. Nicky’s is a neighborhood restaurant inspired by Tony's own Italian family and their traditions, focusing on seasonal Italian antipasti, pasta and pizzas fired in Tennessee’s only coal burning oven. They again garnered best new restaurant from The Nashville Scene, as well as notable mentions from Nashville Lifestyles, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Conde Nast Traveler, USA Today, and The Tasting Table, to name a few.
